"You don’t have to be falling apart to need support.
Sometimes it’s simply the feeling that you’ve been holding too much for too long."
If you’re someone who shows up for others, thinks deeply, and tries to do the “right” thing, you may also feel anxious, emotionally tired, or unsure of yourself beneath the surface. Life transitions, relationship strain, and long-standing self-doubt can quietly pull you away from yourself even when everything looks fine on the outside.
I offer individual therapy for women who want a steady, compassionate place to slow down and reconnect. Therapy with me is gentle and thoughtful, focused on helping you feel more grounded, emotionally clear, and at ease in your own life. We take time to understand what you’re experiencing, how past patterns may still be influencing you, and what it looks like to care for yourself with more honesty and self-trust.
This is not a space for pushing, fixing, or performing.
It’s a place where you can breathe, reflect, and begin to feel more like yourself again.
I provide telehealth therapy for adults and specialize in working with women navigating anxiety, self-esteem concerns, and meaningful life changes.

Soften: A Journey Back to You
A 12-week workbook for the woman who has been the strong one for far too long. You show up. You hold it together. You are the one everyone leans on and somewhere in all that holding, you stopped recognizing yourself. SOFTEN is twelve weeks of gentle guided work to bring you back. Not more strategies. Not more becoming . Just returning to the parts of you that got quiet while you were busy carrying everyone else. You do not have to become more. You have to return.
