Many women who appear strong, capable, and successful on the outside are quietly carrying emotional exhaustion, chronic stress, and the pressure of always being the responsible one. Over time, this can lead to burnout, anxiety, disconnection from self, and difficulty receiving support.

 

Soften™ was created to address those patterns at their root.

 

Developed by Arleatha Jeffrey, LCSW, Soften™ blends principles from trauma-informed therapy, nervous system regulation, attachment theory, inner child healing, and emotional wellness practices to guide women back to a place of grounded confidence and internal safety.

 

Rather than teaching women to push harder or perform better, Soften™ focuses on helping them release emotional armor and reconnect with their authentic self.

Soften Workbook

Through guided reflection, therapeutic exercises, and structured emotional growth practices, women learn how to:

• Regulate their nervous system and reduce chronic stress

• Heal patterns connected to childhood experiences and attachment wounds

• Build healthy boundaries without guilt

• Reconnect with self-worth that is not tied to productivity or performance

• Move from emotional survival into emotional security

• Cultivate deeper self-trust and self-compassion

Story

This work is especially meaningful for women who have spent much of their lives being strong for others,  professionally successful women, caregivers, leaders, and those navigating burnout, life transitions, or emotional fatigue.
